"Fare" Warning

I want to lose weight. I saw this new berry fad raving all over the Internet, like it was some kind of miracle pill. So, I did a lot of research because there seemed to be quite a few companies out there selling this acai berry product. Just to let you know, always, and I mean always check the terms and conditions before you purchase anything, even if it's a free trial. A lot of them offered a 30 day supply to try for free, at first that is. If you like it, and it works, it isn't free anymore. I found out that almost all of them will charge you for that "free" months supply on the 14th day of the "free" trial purchase. So, if you don't cancel your account by the 14th day of the free trial offer, and not the 30 day supply trial offer, you will get charged for that "free" bottle they sent you and start billing you for a monthly supply. Here's another kicker, these companies want to charge you anywhere from $75 - $96 dollars a bottle per month. Here's still another kick in the pants for you, when you call to cancel, you get charged for international phone calls. The numbers look like US numbers, but they are actually located in other countries. I called my operator, they told me there is no way for me to tell unless it is written/listed next to the number. So, after learning all of that, I found out that any pill (dietary supplement) with diet and exercise will help you lose weight. The truth is, there is no miracle working pill out there, the miracle would be for you to get up and exercise and eat right. Oh yeah, drink lots and lots of water, another key ingredient to losing weight. It isn't about what they can do for you, it's about what you can do for you.

Fraudulent Activity

I posted some items for sale on craigslist.org a couple of weeks ago. Come to find out, there is fraudulent activity going on with bank transfers, money orders, and cashiers checks. Obviously you don't want to do a bank transfer with a stranger, you don't want to be an identity theft victim. The moneys orders and cashiers checks may go through, but when found fraudulent, you will be held accountable. So I have "doing business on a cash only basis" on my listings. Even with that posted, I still get emails of people wanting to do bank transfers and cashiers checks. I always send them back an email saying cash only, and I never hear from them anymore. I've been doing some research, and found that I can open a PayPal account for free, so, that will be my next move. I am listing my comic books and the Cd's as links if you want to check them out. Good news, I've opened up my PayPal account, so I can now accept credit cards, yeeaaahhhh!

This Is Just The Beginning

I am very happy that I found Google. Google has a lot to offer. I joined up with another blog company swearing that I would make money with them. NOT! They give you a two week trial period before they start charging you forty dollars a month. It's ridiculous what people are out there doing to people like me. People who are desperate to find a legitimate work at home job with no scams, no hidden costs, and no surprises. There are a lot of blogs out there misleading people into buying their software and promising them the world. Oh yeah! You are going to make a ton of money, NOT! There are ways to make money on the Internet, you just have to do the research to find it. Don't pay for anything, most things are scams. Unfortunately, I found this out the hard way. Don't fall for make money with Google or Twitter jobs, they are only going to lead you to things like get paid for surveys, which you can go to fusioncash.net, or contest sites, in which you can type in your search engine "free contest sites" and watch a ton of them come up for you to choose from, and most of all, blog pages are free at Google. One more thing, these companies are using these popular names, and these popular companies do not endorse them or is an affiliate of them at all. So be careful out there, always read the fine print and the terms and conditions, because when you do, you find the real company behind the advertisement, and all they want is your money.
